Keep Going – Adaptive Physical Activity (APA 1) Package – Following rehabilitation, this is the next step. This program is overseen by a Physical Therapist and is designed with specialized workouts performed in small groups 3 times per week. Assistance is available to and from work-out machines as needed. Following this initial program, advancement will be made into APA 2 allowing greater independence and diversity within your specialized workout. When ready, APA 3 is a progressive exercise class with increased intensity to maximize your flexibility and strength.
Power Fit/Sports Specific – Come join us for a real fitness challenge. Learn Power moves such as deadlifts, rope climbs, and Power Cleans. Classes last approximately one hour.
Weight Management (Obesity)/Weight Loss Package – Designed to get you moving. If you are one that is uncomfortable in a traditional gym, join us for one-on-one or small group classes to improve your strength, flexibility, and balance of life while managing your weight and health issues. This is a 6 week program, 3 times per week for 1 hour sessions. 2 sessions are with a Physical Therapist for pre and post measurements, vitals, and medical history. 6 sessions are with a Fitness Nutritional Specialist.
Exercising with Osteoporosis – Stay active the safe way! It’s never too late to start exercising. Exercise can increase muscle strength, improve balance which can help prevent falls, decrease the risk of bone fractures, relieve or decrease pain, and address postural issues. Let us design an individualized exercise program that is safe for you.
Parkinson’s Disease – Even though therapy cannot cure this condition, it can help to compensate for the changes and allow you to lead a productive life. Through the use of exercise/balance, lack of coordination, fatigue, pain, and weakness can be addressed to improve movement and function allowing for a greater quality of life.
Diabetes – Living better with diabetes can be challenging. Learn how to exercise safely, while keeping your blood sugars level. Improve your balance, strength and function. Find out what are the best ways to eat well without depriving yourself. Learn how to monitor your blood sugar; know the symptoms before you’re in danger. A list of good, healthy snacks, will be provided.
